That FAMOUS Preston Night Rodeo! YEEHAAWW!!

Hello friends - as you may be able to tell, I have just returned from a trip to, you guessed it, Preston Idaho for their Wonderful! Rodeo days! And OF COURSE I drove by Napoleon Dynomite's house!! I WAS in preston, wasn't I?!
By the way, we had a Freakin Awesome time in Preston! The Rodeo was WAY Fun, my booth went pretty well and it was great to hang out with my cutie little friend bwookie - ha ha! I called you bwookie on the internet! We also jumped in the lake - and no one even told us too! BLISS! The weekend was a much needed vacation!! YEE HAW PRESTON!

My Gram

So this is a picture of my Grandma JoAnn. Last week Friday I get a call explaining how my Grandma had just called 911 and my family was thinking she might have had a stroke, though she has been healthy as a horse ever since her polio 40 years ago! I was horrified but as soon as she was seen by doctors, they were able to tell us that it hadn't been a stroke. Instead, she was suffering from a major infection or virus that had taken over her body, dropping her blood pressure extreemly low as well as dropping her tempature to only 94! She was so weak she couldn't move from the bathroom, where, thankfully again, my father had installed a telephone. In truth, if he hadn't.... well, it might not be such a happy story now :( BUT she is doing MUCH better and should be coming home from the hospital either today or tommorrow!! Yippy! I mean, I know she's almost 91 and all, but she acts like she's about 60! She was even cracking jokes about how she was on the "thrown" when the EMT's came and about what a CRAPPY place that was to be found! If she keeps it up, I have no doubt she'll make it to 112!

Our Visitor!

For those of you who don't know, Joe and I have a Visitor! Our friends are on vacation for about a week, so we're watching their fun-loving 2 year old! What a cutie, huh?
He's really been quite an angel. IT's also fun because the kid is always laughing! It's as if he can't help himself! He just has this almost constant little chuckle that is so ridiculously cute :)
It is an adventure having him stay with us - not at all because he's difficult but just because we're not used to having a 3rd person in the house! Much less a 3rd person that actually needs your help every once in a while! But we love having him :) So far he hasn't seemed to miss mom and dad too much, which I'm sure would make things a lot more difficult - lets just hope that lasts till the end of the trip! :)

If you couldn't guess, Joe's oldest sister and her family visited recently - what a blast! Though we didn't really go out and do anything super exciting, it was really nice just to hang out and get to know the kiddo's again :) Hopefully soon I'll have some pics to add from my trip home in May as well! Way to go family! :)
